Data Collection and Use As Kharative Creative, we collect and process your personal data in accordance with Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). When you fill in our quote form, we receive your name, email address, phone number and, optionally, your brand name, Instagram / website address, the services you selected, your goals, your current situation, your preferred start time and your message. We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare a suitable quote and inform you about our services.

Data Sharing Your form details are sent as an email to info@kharative.com through the form service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Messages you write in the chat box at the bottom right open in WhatsApp and are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. When you give cookie consent, visit statistics are measured with Google Analytics and may be shared with these platforms to measure the effectiveness of our ads. Without your consent, a cookie-free visit count that does not identify you is still sent to Google. Our hosting provider Vercel collects anonymous visit and site speed data without cookies, regardless of your consent choice. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with other third parties unless legally required.

Data Security We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data. Our site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS); your form details are stored only in an email account accessible to our authorised team and are not kept longer than necessary after your request is concluded.

Cookies We measure visit statistics with cookies to improve our website. These cookies are used only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, and your choice is saved in your browser. Without your consent, Google Analytics runs in Google Consent Mode: it does not store cookies on your device or keep an identifier for you, and only counts visits anonymously. In addition, regardless of your cookie choice, our hosting provider Vercel’s cookie-free, anonymous visit and site speed measurement runs on every visit. Our hosting provider may keep technical access logs (such as IP address, date and time).
